Heat transfer involves tracing and cutting the outline of your design from vinyl. Once this outline has been prepared, we ‘weed’ the vinyl, meaning we remove unwanted areas. We then position the final product onto the t-shirt and transfer it using heat and pressure.
Embroidery involves using a needle to apply decorative designs onto fabric. Embroidery is commonly used to apply logos and business names onto workwear and uniforms as it has a clean finish and is long lasting. It is ideal for small / medium artwork and you can choose from a variety of thread colours which we will carefully match to your design.
When screen printing, we cut your design from a mesh screen which is applied to the t-shirt. We then we spread your ink colour over the screen using a squeegee or blade. The ink will push through the mesh and be transferred to the t-shirt below. We repeat this for all ink colours you have chosen before drying your t-shirt to ensure the print remains unblemished and intact.
